By creating an account or using Nobiru, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Nobiru is a gamified fitness app that turns workouts into quests, XP, and rank-ups. It provides general fitness guidance and motivation — it is not medical advice and is not a substitute for a doctor or qualified professional.

You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break security, scrape, reverse engineer, resell access, or upload unlawful or harmful content. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform.

Exercise carries inherent risk. Train within your limits, warm up, and stop if you feel pain. Consult a physician before starting any new program, especially if you have a medical condition. You train at your own risk, and the AI coach's suggestions are guidance only.

The core training loop is free. Pro plans are billed through Stripe on a monthly or annual basis and renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime and keep access through the period you paid for.

Founder's Lifetime is a one-time purchase granting Pro access for the lifetime of the product. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

Nobiru, its branding, and its content are owned by us. Your training data is yours. Share cards you generate are yours to post.

You can stop using Nobiru and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for injury resulting from how you choose to train.
